Foundation Stone Family of Programs is actively hiring full-time Recovery Advocates. This key position assists the clinical staff by monitoring and maintaining the safety and daily activity of clients. The main duties of this position includes: Monitoring our clients' physical and emotional needs Contributing to the well-being of all clients by serving as a positive role model Engaging with clients to promote healthy coping skills, DBT, CBT, education, and life skills Providing client information as a member of the interdisciplinary team Maintain a daily communication log Transport and supervise off-site appointments and activities Be able to assess for at-risk factors and follow policy and procedures Perform inspections ensuring clients are in compliance regarding cleanliness and safety of occupied areas Secure medication and observe self-administration of medications in accordance with policy and procedures Respond to client injuries or accidents according to policy and procedures Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Work experience in a healthcare setting preferred Clean driving record Familiarity with treatment, medical, and psychiatric terminology Proficient in EXCEL, Microsoft Office programs, and other programs preferred Excellent verbal/written, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build positive and respectful rapport with clients, coworkers, and families Works well in a busy, collaborative, team environment

8 hour shift; 3 pm - 11 pm

Compensation Range:

$17.00 -$19.00. Compensation will be dependent upon education, qualifications, and experience.
