Therapy Technician - Katy, TX $17.00/hour | Full-time, Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm Reliant Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Therapy Technician for our Katy clinic . You'll work hands-on with kids every day, supporting our OT, PT, and SLP teams as they help children reach real milestones — first steps, first words, first time riding a bike.

Direct mentorship from licensed pediatric therapists A clear path into the field if you're considering OT, PT, SLP, or a related career A close-knit clinic team that treats each other like family What you'll do: Patient support Assist and/or supervise patients during exercises, transfers, ambulation, and daily living activities Transport and assist patients to and from treatment areas Prepare patients, equipment, and treatment areas ahead of sessions Clinic & equipment care Clean and sanitize treatment areas, toys, and equipment throughout the day; complete final closing cleaning Check and log pool temperature and pH levels Complete equipment checklists and required facility logs Stock and organize therapy room supplies; track inventory and flag low stock Report equipment in disrepair or safety hazards to your supervisor Communication & documentation Relay treatment progress and any changes in a patient's condition to their therapist Support therapists and clinic leadership with clerical tasks as needed Maintain patient, employee, and visitor confidentiality at all times What we're looking for: Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working closely with children and families Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player Prior experience in healthcare, childcare, or a related field is a plus but not required Apply today and start building a career in pediatric therapy.
