Job Description

We are seeking dedicated full-time mentors to join our adolescent mental health program. Our team provides gender-affirming support for neurodiverse teens and those navigating emotional and behavioral challenges.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who are: Passionate about adolescent mental health and growth Dependable and professional Strong communicators Critical thinkers and problem-solvers Able to manage stressful situations in a fast-paced environment Skilled in conflict resolution Committed to ongoing learning and teaching Able to meet the physical demands of the role Must successfully clear a background check
Schedule & Compensation:
Available shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Shift differentials available for evenings and weekends All full-time team members are required to work one weekend shift per week (schedules may include Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday) This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of teens while contributing to a collaborative, professional, and supportive clinical environment.

$18.00 - $21.50 per hour

How has that experience prepared you for this role? Our program serves a diverse population, including LGBTQ+ and transgender students. How do you feel about working with and supporting these students, including consistently using their chosen names and pronouns? Working in a residential treatment setting can involve crisis situations, including verbal escalation, conflict, and, at times, approved physical safety interventions. How do you manage stress, maintain professionalism, avoid personalizing behavior, and respond during high-pressure situations? What interests you most about working with teenagers who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges, and why do you believe you would be a good fit for a residential treatment environment?
