Mental Health Technician Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support by answering phones, transcribing orders and maintaining charts. Communicate abnormal values and clinical changes to the appropriate staff member within 15 minutes. Answer and screens telephone calls while providing appropriate information or referring to other staff members. Schedules for appointments in automated scheduling system. Make copies, sends/receives faxes and opens/distribute mail.

Reinforces transition/discharge teaching and home care skills.

One-year relevant experience

Certification:

BLS from the American Heart Association. Upon start
