Behavioral Health Services of Virginia (BHSVA) - Tidewater is hiring QMHPs in the Newport News and Hampton area, who want consistent work, reliable clients, and strong clinical support —without committing to a full-time schedule. What You Can Expect Immediate hiring & fast start Full, consistent caseload (even as part-time) Steady referrals —no scrambling for clients Weekly clinical supervision Ongoing training and support Accessible, supportive clinical leadership Opportunities for growth within a stable, established agency What You'll Do Provide Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) and Intensive In-Home (IIH) services Serve children, adolescents, and adults in the community Complete documentation within 24 hours Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners Participate in weekly supervision and team support What We're Looking For QMHP or QMHP-T (required) Experience in community-based or mental health services preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Compassionate and client-centered approach to care
