Birchwood Terrace looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Rehabilitation Technician to become a vital part of our therapy team. In this role, you'll support Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a Rehab Tech , you'll play a key role in helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life. LNA is preferred Key Responsibilities Assist therapists with resident mobility, transfers, and exercise preparation Prepare and maintain clean, safe, and organized treatment areas Transport residents to and from therapy sessions in a timely and caring manner Accurately document patient attendance and assist with progress notes as directed Monitor and manage inventory of therapy supplies and equipment Support therapists with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication Help create a positive, supportive atmosphere for residents and staff Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a rehab or healthcare setting preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for helping others Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
