preferably male Provide in-house behavioral health support to clients in a safe, structured and therapeutic environment Assist clients with treatment goals, coping strategies, and daily living skills Monitor progress and document observations Support crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed Build trusting relationships to promote stability and growth Conduct outreach to connect individuals and families to community resources and services Represent Path to Growth in the community with professionalism and compassion
