Follow established performance standards and performs duties according to nursing service policies and procedures. 2. Responsible for assisted administration of all prescribed medication during shift. 3. Responsible for all as needed medications and follow up in one hour. 4. Follows care plan as to how medications are to be given. 5. Follows medication delegation guidelines as received by nurse delegator as needed. 6. Identify special resident problems and report them immediately to the nurse. 7. Provide direct resident care as assigned, completing assignments accurately and in a timely manner. 8. Responsible for documenting all medications and concerns for every resident under direct care. 9. Review care plan daily and performs nursing assistant tasks as outlined. 10. Receive all medications in PCC as needed. 11. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses Valid Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification or Home Care Aide license. Valid CPR card. Medication and diabetes nurse delegation certification. Required Education High School Diploma or a General Education Degree Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of requ ired education.
