Job Description
Provides specified direct patient care in an assigned area under the supervision of a registered nurse. Assists in implementing delegated treatment plan interventions. Performs routine unit functions, including secretary duties. Provides for the safe and therapeutic care through routine functions such as maintaining and monitoring activities of daily living (ADL) limit setting and communicating significant patient events.
