In this role, you will work closely with licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. This position is ideal for individuals interested in healthcare who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others achieve their rehabilitation goals. The Rehabilitation Technician/Aide plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day therapy operations by assisting clinicians with patient support, completing clerical and administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment. Responsibilities Providing assistance to physical, occupational and speech therapists and therapy assistants in a variety of clinical settings Performing clerical and administrative duties, including computer work, copying, filing, and faxing of orders and other documents Maintaining the cleanliness and general maintenance and organization of the therapy area and rehab equipment Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in patient care, including skilled nursing or hospital settings preferred Proficiency with Electronic Health Records, Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), and data-entry Strong organizational abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills
