2996661830-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Hartford Healthcare seeks a Women's Health GYN provider to deliver compassionate, evidence-based gynecologic care in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. In this role, you will provide routine and complex GYN evaluations, preventive screenings, contraceptive and menopause management, and office-based procedures. You'll practice within a multidisciplinary team using advanced technology and integrated EMR systems. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic evaluations and ongoing management for adult patients Perform preventive screenings, including pelvic exams, Pap tests, and contraception counseling Manage common GYN conditions, menopause care, and women's wellness visits using evidence-based guidelines Perform select office-based gynecologic procedures within scope and credentialing Document all encounters accurately in the EMR and coordinate care across the Hartford Healthcare network Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to create integrated care plans Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and self-management strategies Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and performance metrics Contribute to a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and continuous learning Engage in ongoing professional development and potential teaching or mentoring activities Required Skills Gynecologic examination and diagnosis Women's preventive health screening Minor gynecologic procedures Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Patient counseling and education Care coordination with multidisciplinary teams Evidence-based clinical decision-making Time management in outpatient setting Quality and safety compliance Communication with diverse patient populations
