Job Description Overview Florida Woman Care is actively recruiting is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join our affiliated partner, Dr. Hyler & Associates , serving the growing communities of Middleburg and Orange Park . This is a full-scope practice opportunity offering a healthy work life balance, for a midwife who values both clinical excellence and meaningful patient relationships.

Locations:
Three office sites - Orange Park, Middleburg, and Fleming Island Hospital affiliations: Deliveries and surgeries performed at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County and HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital Team structure: 6 Board-Certified OB/GYNs, 1 physician assistant, and 8 CNMs Call schedule: Call Schedule evenly shared with team of Midwives Call 1:5 weekends 24-hour post call off Must be within 30 minutes of the hospital Patient volume: 18 -23 patients per day Estimated Deliveries per

Requirements:
AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME) Master's degree in nursing (MS/MSN) Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license CPR and NALS Certification Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain New graduates are welcome to apply.
