Private OBGYN practice seeking an experienced full scope Certified Nurse Midwife. Although a minimum of 1-3 years' experience preferred, a CNM graduate may apply. This practice is located in a charming southern rural community, Palatka, FL on the beautiful St. Johns River known as Bass Capital. Many opportunities for outdoor activities abound for a family life, with easy access to Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Gainesville and Orlando. Seeking a CNM of First Coast OBGYN, willing to be a new addition to an expanding OB/GYN practice. Our practice has two locations with the main office located in Palatka, and a part time satellite office in Middleburg, FL. The Midwife will perform antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay Hospital in Middleburg, FL under the supervision of our Board Certified OB/GYN provider. Responsibilities include full scope midwifery care with annual exams, family planning, minor office procedures and routine prenatal care with office NST interpretation/fetal monitoring. Work hours- Four days a week, one weekday call and two weekends on call per month.
