Job Description

Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join its Women's Health program in Northwest Ohio.

Bluffton Summary:
Minimum of 2 years of CNM experience preferred
Weekdays:
two 8-hour clinic days and one 24-hour call day with OB Hospitalist support
Weekends:
1:4 call rotation (Friday/Saturday) Current certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) required Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, team-based model
Compensation:
Base Salary:
$140,000
  • 145,000 (includes 200 hours vacation/CME) w
RVU Productivity Bonus:
$26.00 per wRVU (no cap)
Signing Bonus:
$5,000 CME /
Board Certification Allowance:
$3,500 Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match beginning year 2
