Job Description
Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking an experienced Obstetrician to join an established team of OB Hospitalist in a Per Diem capacity to cover night shifts. In this role, you will work within a collaborative group of certified nurse midwives, family practice physicians, and maternal-fetal medicine specialists in providing quality, coordinated care to families. Responsibilities include evaluation and emergency management of patients in the OB and L&D, attending deliveries, assisting, and performing surgical procedures. Per Diem Coverage 12-hour shifts Night shifts, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. OB only; no call required Minimum of 3 to 5 years' post-graduate clinical experience at Obstetrician, previous OB Hospitalist experience, and/or Fellowship trained required Join a team dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and providing Culturally Competent Care This position is covered by the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between Providence Medical Group-Oregon and Northwest Medicine United AFT Local 6552, Providence St. Vincent Hospitalists Chapter Where You'll Work Founded in 1875, Providence St. Vincent Medical Center has the distinction of being Oregon's first hospital.
