What We Offer Novant Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our growing Women's Health team serving the Bluffton, Hilton Head and Hardeeville, South Carolina communities. This is a full-scope opportunity combining ambulatory women's health and inpatient obstetrical care, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients throughout pregnancy, delivery, postpartum care and ongoing women's health needs.

Responsibilities may include:
Provide prenatal and postpartum care Manage low-risk pregnancies Support labor management and vaginal deliveries Provide inpatient rounding and postpartum care Deliver routine gynecologic and preventive women's health services Provide family planning and contraceptive counseling Educate and support patients through shared decision-making Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians for higher-risk pregnancies and clinical escalation Participate in shared inpatient and call coverage Help create continuity between the ambulatory practice and hospital experience What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program Current or eligible South Carolina APRN licensure Current Certified Nurse Midwife certification through the appropriate national certifying organization BLS certification Eligible for hospital privileges Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered women's healthcare Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable practicing in both ambulatory and inpatient environments Experienced Certified Nurse Midwives and new graduates with strong clinical preparation are encouraged to apply.
