• As our Certified Nurse Midwife, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Burien, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of Women's Health cases making a significant impact on their lives and families.

You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group. To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate CNM, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex OB/GYN patients, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment. + This position will be based at our West Seattle clinic location with inpatient coverage at St. Anne Hospital in Burien, a 156 bed Level III Trauma Center. + Our Midwife team provides full scope midwifery care including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, GYN, annual exams and family planning. + There are two OB/GYN physicians and two CNM's based at this location. + The weekly schedule is variable and typically includes two 8 hour clinic shifts and one 24 hour hospital/call shift in a 7 day work week. + Midwives manage patients for hospital births and support in house OB backup. + Hospital culture is supportive of midwives and offers pain control options of nitrous oxide, IV meds and epidurals. + The state of the art birth center has 22 beds and there is 24/7 in house Anesthesia coverage. + St. Anne has a 6 bed Level II Special Care Nursery capable of caring for infants as young as 32 weeks. + Our partner facility, St. Joseph Medical Center has a Level III NICU and is in close proximity for transfers if needed. We also have a partnership with Seattle Children's for specialty newborn care if needed. + Our group does approximately 100 deliveries per month. \#HEC

• + CNM Certification + Washington State RN and APNP licensures required at time of employment + DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority + Current BLS for Health Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
