Job Summary We are seeking a Music Therapist to provide home visits at a group home for intellectually disabled adolescents . Join our team. In this vital role, you will develop and implement personalized music therapy programs that enhance the daily lives of residents across our residential facilities. Your expertise will support individuals with diverse needs and disabilities. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive music therapy assessments to evaluate residents' functional abilities and needs Support residents with autism spectrum disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and disabilities through targeted interventions Engage in case management activities, including progress monitoring, goal setting, and adjusting treatment strategies as needed Experience Experience working with individuals with disabilities across various settings Hands-on experience in settings supporting students with disabilities or special education needs Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by empowering them through tailored music therapy services.
