Who We're Looking For We welcome applications from therapists at all stages of licensure holding a Montana credential, from candidates to fully licensed clinicians. What You'll Do Carry a caseload of your choosing — as few as ~10 clients for a side gig, or a full schedule if that's your goal Provide individual therapy via telehealth to clients across Montana Provide in person therapy to clients in Great Falls Montana (if possible) Work with our marketing team to define and attract your ideal client population Participate in optional team meetings and skill-building sessions with the team Attend optional in-person team meetings — connection is always on the table, never mandatory Supervision & Mentorship Associate clinicians will receive supervision from an exceptional clinician with deep expertise in somatic healing and trauma-informed care.

Polyvagal theory and nervous system regulation Somatic healing — working with the body, not just the mind Internal Family Systems (IFS) DBT, EMDR, and CBT Skills This is the kind of supervision that shapes careers. Compensation $55 - $60 per session. You set your schedule and your caseload. Whether you're looking to supplement existing income or build a full-time practice, this role flexes with you.
