Simple Steps, LLC is searching for a professional and enthusiastic Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) in the Fate, TX area to provide Music Therapy services for veterans in need. This is an employee position.
PART-TIME
with a potential to increase hours due to Veteran needs!

Simple Steps, LLC is a family owned and operated company that collaborates with various organizations to provide in-home and community programming for wounded veterans. We utilize one-on-one care to foster positive relationships with our clients in order to facilitate their personal success.
Job Description:
The Music Therapist provides individualized therapeutic sessions for our veterans.
This position includes the following:
Assisting clients with cognitive and physical limitations. Facilitating therapeutic music activities to foster client growth. Submit weekly documentation with session observations and client progress. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to foster communication and team unity. Qualifications and Preferred Criteria MT-BC Certification Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury Experience working with veterans Experience working with mental health conditions Experience working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder All individuals should have the following: Resume CPR Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association only)
