Desired Qualifications:

Background as a School Therapist, with experience working directly with children and adolescents in a 1:1 pediatric environment Current and valid professional licensure required for practice Ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments with a positive, team-focused approach Strong communication skills for collaboration with school staff, students, and families Comfortable working primarily during afternoons and evenings, including occasional late shifts for special events such as football games Prior experience in a school or educational setting is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions to support student wellness and success Collaborate with school teams, including working closely with coaches and the athletic department, to address student needs Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and progress Participate in after-school activities and provide onsite coverage when required Manage therapy preparations and supplies, ensuring everything is organized and ready for sessions, especially on event days Serve as a resource to students, staff, and families for mental health and wellness
