We offer neurological consultations, diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment planning, neuro-rehabilitation coordination, and multidisciplinary care to support patients throughout their recovery journey. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Neurodiagnostic Technician / Medical Assistant to join our Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) clinic team in Nashville, Tennessee. This position will begin as a hybrid role involving both field work and responsibilities within the treatment center, with the goal of transitioning fully into the treatment facility over time. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable traveling throughout Tennessee to support patient care and clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Perform neurodiagnostic testing on patients in both clinical and field settings Prepare patients for testing and ensure accurate documentation of results Assist the physician with in-clinic patient care and daily medical assistant duties Support therapies and treatments including PTVOT and oxygen-based therapies Maintain treatment rooms, testing equipment, and clinic organization Monitor patient comfort and safety during testing and treatment sessions Coordinate patient flow and assist with scheduling and operational support as needed Maintain clinic cleanliness and health/safety compliance standards Travel throughout Tennessee as needed to support patient testing and clinic services Qualifications Healthcare background strongly preferred EEG experience preferred Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Neurodiagnostic Technician, or similar clinical role preferred Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and self-manage responsibilities Comfortable working in both mobile/field and clinic environments Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively throughout Tennessee CPR certification preferred
