Qualifications:

Active licensure and registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Proven experience with nuclear medicine imaging (NMT), including both routine and specialized scans Thorough understanding of radiation safety protocols and best practices Excellent technical troubleshooting skills with imaging equipment Ability to provide compassionate, clear communication with patients and colleagues Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

Operate and calibrate nuclear medicine cameras and related equipment Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals while following all safety guidelines Perform imaging studies as ordered by physicians, ensuring high-quality results for interpretation Accurately document procedures and patient information Maintain strict adherence to facility, state, and federal regulatory standards Foster a positive, supportive environment for patients throughout the imaging process Experience in PET/CT is not required for this position—focus will remain on general nuclear medicine imaging.
