1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and CA CRT licensure to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a hospital setting. Details Nuclear Medicine department performing routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures 5x8 hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM No call or weekend requirements Requirements Current BLS certification (AHA) CA CRT licensure required CA Venipuncture licensure required License required if applicable Minimum of 2 years of experience required Must be able to work independently with sound clinical judgment Additional Information Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to support diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease Assess and monitor patients while communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies to ensure patient privacy and safety May help orient other staff members within the department First-time travelers may be considered Local candidates accepted at local rate within a 50-mile radius Returning employees must have a 1-year separation before returning as a traveler Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request permitted per contract
