Key Qualifications:
Current certification in Nuclear Medicine (CNMT or ARRT-N) Valid, unencumbered state license (CA) or eligibility to obtain prior to start Recent experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting Proficiency with advanced imaging equipment and processes Strong patient care skills with careful attention to safety and confidentiality Ability to adapt to new settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging procedures Operate advanced nuclear medicine equipment with accuracy and safety Review and analyze imaging studies, collaborating with radiologists and physicians Educate patients on procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout Maintain meticulous documentation and equipment maintenance protocols
