Local travel nuclear medicine technologist needed for a 13-week contract in Rancho Mirage, CA. Deliver high-quality imaging, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and support patient care in a top-tier facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures per physician orders Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic scans Operate gamma cameras, PET/CT scanners, and other imaging equipment to capture high-quality images Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and federal regulations Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology Active CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) or ARRT (N) certification Valid California Nuclear Medicine Technologist License Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Prior clinical experience preferred, highly skilled recent graduates considered
