In this role, you will utilize cutting-edge equipment to perform nuclear imaging procedures necessary for diagnostics and treatment follow-ups, ensuring compassionate and detailed patient care as per our organizational standards. This position requires diligence in handling radioactive materials and a deep commitment to patient safety and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of nuclear medicine technology along with a proactive approach to patient interactions. Responsibilities Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for nuclear imaging and therapeutic procedures. Operate imaging equipment and analyze findings for patient records. Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for the handling of radioactive materials. Document all procedures and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to provide seamless care. Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures. Collaborate with radiologists and other physicians to interpret imaging results and plan further care if necessary. Required Skills Proficient with nuclear medicine technology and instrumentation. Strong analytical skills to assess image quality and ensure accurate diagnoses. Ability to handle radioactive materials safely and knowledge of radiological safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care. Capable of performing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
