Job Description

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works under the direct supervision of the Radiology Director and reports to the Director and /or Assistant Director. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs all nuclear medicine procedures through the proper administration of radiopharmaceuticals. He or she upholds the mission and vision of Murray Calloway County Hospital and follows all hospital policies and departmental procedures.

Tuition Reimbursement Required Licenses and Certifications:
Must hold a Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in the state of Kentucky.
Current CPR Minimum Education:
Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine program or a certified Radiologic Technologist competently trained in Nuclear Medicine.
Minimum Work Experience:
One year related recent work experience in the field of Nuclear Medicine.
