vaccination not required. Flu vaccination required with no exemptions. Clinical Experience / Role-Specific Experience Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience. Candidates with 1 year of strong experience may be considered if they require minimal orientation; manager review required. First-time travelers accepted. Must be independently proficient with a broad range of Nuclear Medicine procedures and equipment. Experience with inpatient and outpatient Nuclear Medicine workflows preferred. Requirements Strong independent experience in Nuclear Medicine. Active state license required. Must be comfortable floating within scope without restrictions. Travelers are first to float. Must be available for holidays as scheduled. Maximum 7 days of requested time off. Labs must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing. Compliance documents due 5 days before start. Bone, brain, liver, renal, thyroid, lung, and spleen imaging Sestamibi parathyroid scans Cancer surveys I-123 uptake and other uptake scans DEXA Gastric emptying studies HIDA scans MUGA scans V/Q and pulmonary perfusion studies Renal flow, function, and perfusion studies Tumor localization Liver flow, imaging, hemangioma, and liver/spleen scans Nuclear cardiology preferred Drawing venous blood preferred Starting and maintaining IVs Radioactive material storage, handling, and disposal Isolation precautions and PPE GE equipment experience
Schedule & Contract Details Shift:
4x10-hour days, 7:30 AM-6:00
PM Alternative Schedule:
5x8-hour schedule may be available
Weekly Hours:

Weekday Call:
Twice per week, 4:00 PM-10:00
PM Weekend Call:
Every other weekend, either Saturday or Sunday Weekend call is one day only; Saturday and Sunday are not consecutive requirements.
Holidays:
Required as they fall and as scheduled.

Scheduling:
No block schedule guarantee or schedule restrictions can be requested. Pay Up to $75/hr blended rate

Requirements ARRT(N), ARRT(R), NMTCB, BLS, and active state license required. Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred. Must demonstrate strong, independent Nuclear Medicine skills. Must be proficient with nuclear stress testing and core Nuclear Medicine procedures. Must accept weekday and every-other-weekend call requirements. Must be willing to float within scope. Flu vaccine required with no exemptions. Locals under 50 miles are not accepted. Holidays are required as scheduled. BI01
