Qualifications:
Valid ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required Licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Michigan (or eligibility) Previous experience in a clinical nuclear medicine environment preferred Solid understanding of nuclear imaging procedures and safety protocols Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient-focused skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures and techniques according to physician orders and department protocols Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, observing all safety measures Operate, calibrate, and maintain imaging equipment Accurately document procedures and maintain detailed records in compliance with regulations Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Uphold high standards of quality assurance and patient care
