Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract A skilled professional with expertise in Nuclear Medicine is sought for a contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work a steady weekday schedule—no call and no weekends required. The commitment extends over 13 weeks, providing valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Schedule:
5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (8:00am - 4:00pm) Monday through Friday No call coverage, no weekend shifts
Qualifications:
Valid BLS certification ARRT(N) or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine Possession of New Jersey State License for
Nuclear Medicine Preferred:
Experience performing general nuclear medicine procedures such as bone scans, hepatobiliary scans, lung scans, and thyroid scans
Key Responsibilities:
Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to carry out diagnostic procedures Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety guidelines Support physicians in interpreting scan results and ensuring quality imaging Maintain detailed and accurate patient records Adhere to departmental protocols and uphold the highest standards of patient care Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
