Qualifications/Experience:

Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT(N) or NMTCB required) Demonstrated proficiency in nuclear medicine imaging procedures Comprehensive knowledge of radiation safety and federal/state nuclear medicine regulations Experience operating and maintaining nuclear medicine equipment Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nuclear medicine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as ordered by physicians Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety standards Operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images Accurately document and record patient information, imaging findings, and procedure details Monitor patients for adverse reactions to procedures or medications Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety and infection control protocols Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other clinical staff to deliver optimal patient outcomes Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
