Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract Step into a vital imaging role in a dynamic healthcare setting, focusing on nuclear medicine procedures that make a difference in patient outcomes. This is a 13-week contract assignment with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm—ideal for professionals seeking stability and work-life balance.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Perform nuclear medicine procedures using state-of-the-art imaging equipment Conduct quality control on imaging devices to ensure optimal performance and safety Start intravenous lines as needed for imaging protocols Demonstrate attention to detail in preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for pediatric and adult patient care (pediatric experience is a plus, but not required) Document imaging results and clinical notes accurately in the health records system
Required Qualifications:
Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT),
Texas Medical Board CNMT:
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB)
OR N-ARRT
Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT) Minimum of 3 years' experience in radiology (any or all modalities) Proficiency with IV insertions and quality control procedures All nuclear medicine certified professionals encouraged to apply Pediatric imaging experience is preferred, but not required This opportunity is designed for dedicated imaging professionals passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
