Required Licenses & Certifications Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification: Required Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required Key Responsibilities Perform pre-anesthetic assessment and develop an individualized anesthetic plan. Administer general, regional, monitored and local anesthesia as indicated. Manage the patient's airway, ventilation and hemodynamic status throughout the procedure.
