We are looking for an experienced CRNA to provide high quality professional anesthesia services in an upscale Beverly Hills ambulatory surgery center. Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program Current RN license for the state of California Minimum 8 months' work experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (not including clinical rotations or orientation) Able to work independently in surgery centers or hospitals National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) Malpractice Insurance 1

3M Current BLS and ACLS certifications Freestanding Surgery Center Experience preferred Excellent Bedside Manner Responsibilities Preoperatively review patients' medical history for determining patients qualification for surgical procedures in the outpatient setting. Telephone patients the night before their surgery Administer anesthesia to any patient undergoing a surgical procedure, as designated by the attending physician. Remain with the patient as long as required by the patient's condition relative to his/her anesthesia status and until responsibility for proper patient care has been assumed by other qualified individuals. Provide follow-up evaluation and care related to anesthesia complications and/or side effects. Maintain proper documentation and accreditation protocols. Check all equipment and agents to be used in the administration of the anesthetic to be sure it is in safe working order. Check all resuscitative equipment prior to the beginning of the first (1st) case of the day. Any malfunctioning or missing equipment shall be reported to the Operations Manager immediately.

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE

2 years recent relevant experience preferred. This is a per diem role, would work anywhere between 1-3 times a week. We are looking to expand with another provider as we have two operating rooms and increasing case load.
