The CRNA will independently assess, plan, and administer anesthesia while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process. This role works closely with surgeons and clinical staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications Active California RN license Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program BLS and ACLS required (PALS preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of CRNA experience (ASC experience preferred) Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple case types
