The Chief CRNA works collaboratively with facility anesthesia leadership and operations teams while maintaining a clinical presence and providing strategic oversight for staffing, quality initiatives, recruitment, and professional development. Anesthesia Care Team Model:

12 MDs/18 CRNAs Minimal weekend call requirement of 1 shift per month; (7a-5p and 8a-4p, Saturday and Sunday) Chief expected onsite 3-4 days per week Diverse case mix of general, orthopedics, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI/Endoscopy CRNAs do A-lines, central lines, float SWANZ in cardiac room, perform peripheral nerve blocks, epidurals, and spinals

Incentive and Benefits:

Excellent Compensation Package $75,000 start bonus $30,000 geographic stipend Additional $15,000 cardiac stipend for cardiac-proficient CRNAs Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift.
