• Collaborative Local Team:
• + Join a strong, supportive care team of 10 physicians and 30+ experienced CRNAs across three campuses: Pine Ridge, Collier, and North Naples. + Eight Main ORs, three Endoscopy suites, three Cath Labs, and two CVORs + We take pride in our cohesive culture — where teamwork, respect, and mutual support drive everything we do.
• Qualifications:
• + NBCRNA Board Certified or Eligible + Authorized to work in the U.S. + New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply
• Flexible Scheduling:
• + Enjoy a 4-shift work week with a mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts.

+ No weekday call.

+ Limited weekend call (with extra pay).

+ No nights!

+ Waterfall leaves for smooth time-off planning.

+ Wide variety of cases — including general, vascular, ortho, neuro spine, EP, endo, uro, and bariatrics.

+ Heart cases available (if desired), but no OB or pediatrics.

+ CRNAs perform their own blocks and lines, with full training and support provided.

• Key Responsibilities:
• + Practice full-scope anesthesia + Perform regional blocks + Collaborate closely within our trusted, fun, and team-oriented environment
• Compensation & Benefits
• + W-2 annual salary: $260,000 (includes $20,000 retention bonus) + 1099 annual salary: $280,000 (includes $20,000 retention bonus) + $50,000 commencement bonus + 7 weeks of scheduled time off per year
