Organization Information:

$185,000-$195,000 base salary $1,500 CME 5 weeks of vacation (25 days) for the first 3 years and then 30 days years 4-6 8 paid holidays Malpractice coverage (claims-made policy with tail) Cigna health insurance Optional HSA/HRA employer contributions, flexible spending accounts Optional dental, vision, employee/dependent life insurance, disability, indemnity, accident, legal, theft, and pet insurance. 401k retirement plans (eligible after 1 year of employment - open enrollment is in January and July) Annual 3% Safe Harbor contribution (100% immediately vested) not contingent on 401k participation Annual bonus based on company policy (usually $5,000 end-of year bonus plus one pay period)
