$240K base + performance-based bonus ($250K-$320K total potential) Job Overview We are seeking a CRNA to join a flexible, supportive anesthesia team in Lakeland, FL. This role allows providers to tailor their case mix based on experience and comfort level while working under a supervised anesthesia care model.
