Job Description
CRNA | Central Florida Join a high performing anesthesia team in one of Florida's most desirable locations. A large, well established anesthesia practice is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing team serving two hospitals in Central Florida. We are hiring multiple providers and welcome both experienced CRNAs and new graduates. This position offers an outstanding compensation package, exceptional work life balance, flexible scheduling, and exposure to a diverse range of surgical cases without OB or pediatrics. Position Highlights Full time, part time, and PRN opportunities available New graduates are encouraged to apply Competitive compensation of approximately $220,000 to $240,000 , based on experience Sign On bonus of up to $40,000 Annual retention bonus of $15,000 Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 Flexible self scheduling Choose from 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24 hour shifts No traditional overnight call Only one weekend shift per month Excellent work life balance Case Mix Practice to the full scope of your training with a broad variety of cases, including: Cardiac Trauma Neuro Vascular Orthopedic Spine ENT GI General Surgery No obstetrics and no pediatrics.
