PRN CRNA PRN OPPORTUNITY
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia team at AdventHealth Palm Coast. This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs seeking flexible scheduling, competitive hourly compensation, and a collaborative clinical environment in a growing coastal Florida community.COMPENSATION
Base PRN Rate:
$175/hour- Earn up to $200/hour through our approved PRN incentive program
- Work 5 pre-scheduled shifts per month, with a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Qualifying shifts receive a retroactive increase to $200/hour
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts for increased earning potential
- Incentive program designed to reward consistency and support staffing stability
SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY
- 8• 10• 12• and 24-hour shifts available • Flexible scheduling based on availability • Build a PRN schedule around your personal and professional commitments • No first-call requirement
