Anesthesiology Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a CRNA to join their collaborative team at HCA Florida Northside Hospital in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. This is a no call, no nights, no weekends position that provides excellent work/life balance.
Qualified Candidates/Opportunity highlights:
Care Team Model of 2 Cardiac, 4 General Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs Diverse mix of cases including, General Surgery, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No OB/Trauma/Peds. No Call.
Shift model:
8s or 10s available. Docs cover nights/weekends and can do their own cases. CRNAs are able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
Incentive/Benefits Package:
Very competitive base salary plus $10K geographic stipend. Additional $15K stipend if cardiac proficient. $75K Start Date Bonus and $10K relocation assistance available. Time Away From Practice starting at 8 weeks frontloaded- not accrued. Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift or opts to pick-up extra. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, Long-term/short-term disability, Life insurance, HSA, and
FSA. 401
(k) Company match starting at 3% and increases with years of service. 100% paid professional liability insurance. Occurrence-based. No tail required.
