University of Iowa Health Care, Department of Anesthesia is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This role practices a collaborative supervision model with a high degree of autonomy across mixed settings, including a Level 1 trauma center, ambulatory surgery center, and pediatric trauma center. Duties include but are not limited to: Perform clinical anesthesia services. Attend continuing education conferences and seminars in order to maintain Recertification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists. Required Qualifications Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program. National certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Current Iowa Board of Nursing RN license to practice in Iowa. Current Iowa Board of Nursing ARNP license to practice in Iowa. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Contributes to a welcoming and respectful workplace environment.
