2988263317-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Vituity is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our collaborative anesthesia care team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive anesthesia services, including pre-anesthesia assessment, development of individualized care plans, administration of general and regional anesthesia, and post-anesthesia management. You will work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care under agreed protocols Monitor patients intraoperatively and adjust anesthetic as needed Manage airway, hemodynamics, and pain control throughout perioperative period Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and early post-op pain management Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative team Document all care in the medical record accurately and timely Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and clinical protocols Educate patients and families on anesthesia plans and recovery expectations Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered culture consistent with Vituity values Required Skills Anesthesia administration (general, regional, MAC) Pre-anesthesia assessment and risk stratification Airway management and intubation Hemodynamic monitoring and management Pain management and regional blocks Intraoperative patient monitoring (EKG, BP, Sp
