Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for our client in Idaho!

Responsibilities:

Provide hospital-based CRNA coverage across 17 main ORs, 7 DSCs, cath labs, endo, and radiology suites, handling mostly trauma cases for patients aged 12 and older (adolescent through geriatric). Perform spinal blocks (no regional anesthesia) as part of standard procedural coverage. Work full-time scheduled clinical hours (flexible mix of 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts; 10-hour shifts preferred). Participate in call coverage obligations consisting of one weeknight per month and three weekends per month. Utilize Epic EMR system for clinical documentation and patient care management.

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Active Idaho state license. Active BLS certification and DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate.

Coverage Needed:

Starting 1/1/2027 (Full-time availability required; max 12 consecutive months with a 6-month break structure).

Shift Structure:

Full-time hours (mix of 8s, 10s, or 12s) plus 1 weeknight/month and 3 weekends/month call.

Credentialing Time Frame:

90 days.

Skills:

Advanced clinical proficiency in hospital-based CRNA care across main ORs, surgical centers, and specialty suites. Expertise in managing trauma cases and spinal block administration. Capability in fulfilling frequent weekend and weeknight call responsibilities. Proficient in Epic EMR system navigation and accurate clinical documentation. All travel expenses are reimbursed by our client and Orchard covers malpractice insurance with tail coverage!
