Guaranteed 40 Hours/Week | Long-Term Assignment | Diverse Case Mix | Weekly Pay Zeal Med Staffing is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a long-term locum opportunity in Boise and Nampa, Idaho . This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking a full-time, consistent locum assignment with 40 guaranteed hours per week , a diverse anesthesia practice, and the potential to work for up to 12 consecutive months . Multiple CRNAs may be considered as the facility continues to expand its full-time coverage.

SCHEDULE

CRNAs must be flexible based on facility coverage needs.

Scheduling may include:

8-hour shifts 10-hour shifts — preferred 12-hour shifts Occasional 14-hour shifts Night call Call participation is required and is expected to average approximately: One weeknight per month One weekend This opportunity is best suited for CRNAs who can commit to consistent, full-time coverage rather than intermittent or frequent fly-in/fly-out scheduling.

PRACTICE & CASE MIX

CRNAs work across the Boise and Nampa locations with exposure to a broad and varied anesthesia practice, including: 17 Main ORs 7 Day Surgery Center ORs Cath Lab Endoscopy Radiology Specials & Procedural Areas Trauma Cases The patient population ranges from pediatric through geriatric, with more than 90% of patients over age 12 . CRNAs perform spinal blocks but are not required to perform regional anesthesia blocks .

LONG-TERM LOCUM POTENTIAL

Providers may work for up to 12 consecutive months . After completing 12 months, a six-month break is required before the CRNA can return for another 12-month assignment.
