Job Description
Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Teutopolis, IL. Il license preferred.

Regular Hours:
Required Cases:
General, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics.
OT:
Not expected but offered. Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes.

Community Hospital doing bread & butter anesthesia. Pediatrics is healthy children for
BMT/ T&A
occasionally appendixes. No trauma cases.
Credentialing:
90 days. $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
