+ Assemble and adjust components using hand tools and power tools
+ Follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to complete assemblies
+ Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met
+ Package finished products for shipment
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
+ Work with team members to meet daily production goals
+ Perform repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail and accuracy What We're Looking For
+ Ability to use hand tools and power tools
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
+ Comfortable standing and working on your feet for 8+ hours per day
+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
+ Strong attention to detail and work ethic
+ Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience reading assembly instructions, manuals, or work orders
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
+ Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or production experience is a plus
