Pay package discussed upon application; additional benefits may include paid time off and per diem (if applicable) What You'll Do Conduct in-home visits for child safety assessments (minimum of two visits per month) Perform initial and ongoing safety and risk assessments of children and families Develop, implement, and monitor safety plans to ensure child safety Document all case activities thoroughly and accurately Prepare court reports and provide professional recommendations during legal proceedings (twice per year) Collaborate with law enforcement and community agencies as needed Maintain compliance with agency guidelines and policiesWhat You Need Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Social Work, Child & Family Studies, Psychology, or related field Ability to work independently and remotely Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningPreferred:
Prior experience working within Child Protective Services or similar agency Familiarity with child safety assessments and court documentation About the Assignment This position involves supporting children and families within a community-focused environment. You'll work on assessments, safety planning, and case management to promote child safety and well-being.
